Any such use of your Content by Wargaming may be without any compensation paid to you. For example, a fan website may not be designed to look like an official Wargaming website, and it must be clear to visitors that the website is not a Wargaming website.īy posting or publishing the Content, you grant Wargaming a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right and license (with the right to sublicense) to host, store, transfer, display, perform, reproduce, modify, and distribute your Content, in whole or in part, in any media formats and through any media channels (now known or hereafter developed). Also, you may not create or use any Content in a manner that could cause people to believe that it is an official Wargaming production. You may not say, nor imply that your Content is endorsed or approved by Wargaming. Wargaming in its sole discretion, can revoke your permission to create the Content at any time and for any reason. As an exception to this, you are permitted to monetize web videos (such as YouTube) with advertisements, so long as those videos otherwise meet the requirements of this Policy. Your Content must have no commercial (i.e., monetary) objective. They can’t be sold or repurposed for making a financial gain. Wargaming materials can’t be altered or defaced in a way deemed negative by Wargaming. You may use Wargaming materials we provide you solely for creation of materials about World of Warships Blitz (“Content”) and as long as you use the content as a part of the CC Program and comply with this Policy.
